Tacquard & Associates will be here to conducting Vision & Hearing Screening. All children aged 4, 5 & 6 must be screened yearly as required by the Texas Department of Health, so for our parent’s convenience, we have provided this low cost option for screening so that we can meet the requirement. Parents must provide appropriate records for children who were screened by their doctor.
